Programs 

The following programs will assist LDCs and Industrial customers manage their electricity supply connections with Hydro One. These have been developed in accordance with various regulations and Market Rules established in Ontario and the obligations they place on the participants. See below for a brief summary and links to more information about each program:

	Transmission COVER (Confirmation Of Verification Evidence Report) The COVER Report is part of the Load Customer Connection Process and is required for customers connecting or reconnecting to Hydro One's transmission system. Learn more.
	Customer Connection Process For load customers planning to connect or modify an existing connection to the Hydro One transmission system, please see the Customer Connection Process.
	Wholesale Revenue Metering (Meter Exit) Program Customers connected to the IESO control grid are responsible for their wholesale revenue metering. Each customer-owned metering installation must comply with the requirements and standards set out in Chapter 6 of the IESO Market Rules. Learn more.
	Feeder Protection Settings (PCMIS) Program Hydro One's Feeder Protection Settings program and software system helps to improve the management of feeder settings for Hydro One-owned transformer stations and breakers. Learn more.
	Power Quality Incident Reporting Customer equipment can adversely affect the quality of electrical supply to another customer. Large motors, arc furnaces and a large number of non-linear loads can all contribute to Power Quality (PQ) disturbances. We respond to our customers' PQ issues through an Inquiry Response Process. 	Unaccompanied Station Access Process To increase safety and security, Hydro One's Unaccompanied Station Access Process assists LDCs with accessing their equipment inside a Hydro One Transformer Station. Learn more.
	Electricity Retrofit Incentive Program (ERIP) Hydro One has partnered with the Ontario Power Authority to provide incentives to qualifying Industrial customers for retrofit projects that result in measurable reductions in electrical peak demand. Learn more.
