Unaccompanied Station Access Program 

The Unaccompanied Station Access process provides transmission-connected customers with unaccompanied access to their equipment inside of a Hydro One transformer station. Permission is dependent on the location of the equipment within the station. 

There are three main steps in the Unaccompanied Station Access process:

1. Unaccompanied Station Access Agreement
2. Hydro One Station Safety Awareness training
3. Station site orientation
