Let us know if you’re moving in or moving out of a property served by Hydro One.
Please note: You cannot "transfer" account information. If you're moving from one location to another within our service area, you must close your old account and open a new one.
New to Hydro One?
If you are new to the Hydro One service territory, you can set up a new account online and notify us of the date you plan to move in.
