We take your privacy seriously. That's why we have to check that the email address supplied doesn't belong to someone else. Confirming your email helps prevent unauthorized access to your account and your personal information.
"I haven't received my verification email!"
You should receive the confirmation email within minutes. If you don't see it in your Inbox, the first step is to check is that it hasn't been mistakenly sent to your "bulk email" "junk email" or "spam" folder. (This is the most common cause of misplaced emails.)
To do this, go into your spam email folder and find the verification email. Then, depending on your email program, mark the message as "not spam." This should also stop any future messages from Hydro One from being marked as spam. Learn more by clicking the link below.
