Hydro One can help you locate underground cables on your property, temporarily disconnect power to allow for maintenance of customer-owned lines, or trim trees that pose a hazard for Hydro One-owned equipment.

If you need to request any of these services from us, simply log in to My Account Self Service and choose "Service Requests", or download and submit a faxable form below, or contact our Customer Communications Centre by email or telephone (1-888-664-9376).
