The charges on your bill fall under four categories. Hydro One collects payment for a number of organizations which come together for the safe and reliable operation of Ontario's electric syst​em.

You may have decided to purchase your power through a retail energy provider. You will still receive your bill from Hydro One and the below categories still apply. To learn more about retail energy contracts visit our energy retail webpage.

Regardless of whether you are a residential or seasonal customer or are on Time-of-Use pricing or Tiered RPP pricing, you will find each of these sections on your bill. To learn more about each category select from the below menu.
