Students 

Hydro One recruits students for positions throughout the year and has a college consortium program with four Ontario colleges.

Summer Student Outreach

Our Summer Student Outreach program designates 10% of summer student positions for First Nations, Métis and Inuit students. The program is four months long and applicants must be attending a post-secondary institution and be scheduled to return in the fall. Postings are available in the spring and can be found on Careers.

University/College Co-op Student Positions

The co-op work terms are developmental and posted every 4 months. Postings for these positions can be found on Careers.

College Consortium Program

Hydro One’s award-winning College Consortium, a partnership with four Ontario colleges (Algonquin College, Georgian College, Mohawk College and Northern College) prepares students to graduate job-ready and succeed as electrical technicians and technologists at Hydro One. New Graduates

The new grad program at Hydro One offers continuous learning and opportunities to upgrade your skills over two years.
