Hydro One's internal Emergency Preparedness department has established a Pandemic Planning team that works closely with public health officials, our on-staff Chief Physician and internal Health Services department to mitigate the risk of employee infection in the event of a global pandemic.
We continue to monitor the recent discovery and spread of the H1N1 virus (also known as Swine Influenza) closely and will remain in contact with the appropriate medical and health care officials. As the situation changes, further communications will be provided.
