We are excited to announce that you can now switch to Paperless Billing for fast, easy and secure access to your bill. Paperless Billing is a valuable and easy-to-use tool which will save you time, help you manage your bills and keep you informed about the current status of your account through your
profile, online or on any smart devices.
To enroll for Paperless Billing, visit myAccount and either register or login and select Paperless Billing as your billing delivery method. Every month, we'll send you an email notification letting you know that your bill is ready. The notification will also provide a direct link to view your bill and inserts and steps to make payments via our
myAccount site. On
myAccount you can also access, download, save and print your current or previous bills, view your payment history and electricity usage. All customers, except for Generators, are eligible to enroll for Paperless Billing.
We also offer a High Usage Alert to help you manage your electricity usage before your next bill becomes available. To sign up for High Usage Alerts, login to
myAccount and select the "Receive High Usage Alert" under "My Profile", "Communication Preferences" option. Through an email alert, we'll let you know if you're trending to use more than 30 per cent of your electricity usage compared to the same period last year.
