November 17, 2010 | Hydro One issues final Environmental Study Report

Hydro One submits Final Environmental Study Report (ESR) to the Ministry of the Environment. The project is now considered approved, and can proceed as outlined in the ESR. Hydro One will apply for Noise and Drainage Certificates of Approval, to ensure that the station is compliant with Ministry of the Environment’s guidelines. Our project team will continue to work with the community to address any visual concerns associated with the station. Construction is scheduled to begin in late 2011, with a planned in-service date of late 2012.
