On April 29, 2013, Hydro One held a stakeholder session which provided an overview of Hydro One's preliminary plans for 2015-2019 Custom IR (CIR) Evidence, and to Solicit Stakeholder input on our approach and views regarding the Chapter 5 guidelines recently issued by the OEB.

On May 28, 2012 Hydro One Networks Inc. filed a Distribution IRM Rate Application with the Ontario Energy Board (OEB) for the 2013 test year for rates effective January 1, 2013.

Stakeholder Session (March 22, 2011) — CDM and Density Study and Cost Allocation
On March 22, 2011, Hydro One held a stakeholder session on the proposed methodology on the study by London Economics and PowerNEX about the relationship between density and cost allocation. At this session, Hydro One also provided an update on CDM impacts, as presented at the February 10, 2011 stakeholder session. All presentation materials can be viewed or downloaded below:
On April 9, 2010 the Ontario Energy Board (OEB) issued its Decision with Reasons on Hydro One's 2010/2011 Distribution Rate Application (EB-2009-0096). The OEB asked Hydro One to comply with its direction in EB-2007-0681 regarding a more detailed analysis on the relationship between density and cost allocation. Hydro One filed a report prepared by John Todd of Elenchus Research in EB-2009-0096 as the first step of a staged approach to conducting the density/cost allocation analysis.

Stakeholder Session (February 10, 2011) - CDM and Compensation Benchmarking
On February 10, 2011, Hydro One held a stakeholder session to respond to the OEB's directive, in its Decision with Reasons on Hydro One's 2011/2012 Transmission Revenue Requirement Application, to undertake two studies for future rate applications and to consult key stakeholders on the proposed scope and methodology for these studies. The first study deals with devising means of measuring the expected impacts of conservation and demand management (CDM) programs promulgated by the OPA. The second study is intended to update a compensation benchmarking study previously conducted by Mercer to compare Hydro One's compensation costs to those of other regulated transmission and/or distribution utilities in North America.
