On December 16, 2010, the Onatrio Energy Board issued its EB-2009-0096 2011 Distribution Rate Order Decision for approval of the distribution rates, effective January 1, 2011.

On April 9, 2010, the Ontario Energy Board issued its EB-2009-0096 Decision with Reasons in the matter of Hydro One Network's Application for changed distribution rates, effective May 1, 2010.
