As of April 1, 1999, transmission and distribution wire operations became regulated by the Ontario Energy Board (OEB) under the Ontario Energy Board Act, 1998.
Hydro One Networks' current Conditions of Service, as filed with the Ontario Energy Board, is effective July 1, 2008 and available online for review or download.
