Service Types
Service types have changed as of January 1, 2011.
We have changed the service type descriptions to make them more consistent with the service type descriptions used by other utilities. This change in service type descriptions does not affect the delivery rates you pay.
For customers with community-specific rates, with the final phase of the four-year harmonization plan being implemented, we will no longer charge you community-specific rates. Therefore, you’ll no longer see the name of your community as part of your service type description.
