We’re taking proactive steps to support our customers and keep delivering safe and reliable power to communities across Ontario amid ongoing concerns over coronavirus (COVID-19). We’ve postponed maintenance work that could cause outages, introduced more flexible payment options, set up a relief program for customers experiencing hardship, and adopted measures to keep employees safe. We’re also warning customers to beware of fraudulent calls threatening to disconnect their power; these calls are not from Hydro One. We’ll continue to monitor developments and work with businesses, governments and communities to help customers stay safe and comfortable during this time.
