We have streamlined the new myAccount dashboard to make it even easier and simpler for you to access and manage your Hydro One account information. If you are visiting us from your current bookmarks, we highly suggest you update those to our new location.
Here’s how it works

These are just a few highlights of the changes and improvements we have made that you can expect to see at your next visit to myAccount. If you are already a myAccount user, click here to sign in. If you have not already signed up yet for myAccount yet, it only takes a few easy steps to get started.


  1. Navigating the myAccount
    Once you have signed in, you can easily access your myAccount information from the shortcuts located at the top-right of the page on computer browsers, and from the left-hand menu via the navigation menu on mobile (i.e., smartphone and tablet) devices.
    The myAccount shortcuts are located at the top-right dropdown menu for desktop users.



  2. ACCOUNT summary dashboard
    Upon signing in, key information like your account balance, due date and links to view and pay your bill are front and centre. If you are already a myAccount user, sign in to view this page.

    The account dashboard succinctly displays the most essential account information.

  3. Bill & payment summary
     View your payment history in one easy-to-understand view.Succinctly view your bill and payment history
  4. Account switcher
    For customers with multiple accounts, switching between accounts has never been easier. To make each account or residence easier to identify, you can assign each account or residence a nickname. The Account Switcher enables customers with multiple accountsto easily switch between contracts

  5. Account preferences
    Managing your billing and communications preferences, as well as updating your personal information, are now housed in one easy-to-use location. Easily keep your account information up-to-date in one place.
