4. Paperless Billing 

It's easy to lose track of bills and statements under a pile of paper-based mail. That's why we are excited to offer Paperless Billing, a convenient option for customers to manage their Hydro One account through their digital devices. Learn more about Paperless Billing. 

Paperless Billing enables you to manage your Hydro One balance without the risk of losing track because your bill is under a pile of mail.

5. Usage Alerts

Available to customers who have elected to use Paperless Billing, Usage Alerts notify customers who are trending to use more than 30 per cent of their normal monthly electricity consumption. To learn more about how Usage Alerts work, visit our information page. 


High Usage Alerts notifies you when your consumption is trending higher.
