Day of Mourning

Remembering our Hydro One family members today and always.

The National Day of Mourning, held annually in Canada on April 28, commemorates workers who have lost their lives, been injured or suffered illness due to workplace-related hazards and incidents.

Every year we pause to remember all of those who have lost their lives, have been injured, or suffered from a workplace illness. To us, the Day of Mourning is an empowering opportunity to recognize that workplace injury can be avoided and that an injury to one of us is an injury to us all as an organization.

It is a day that our Hydro One family takes seriously.

The health and safety of our employees and public safety come first — every day in every decision and action we take. We continue to treat safety as our number-one priority.

We will always remember our Hydro One team members.
