In November 2017, we introduced a new, easy-to-read customer statement. We’ve listened to your feedback and redesigned it to make it simple and straightforward. Key benefits include:

Making changes for our customers is just part of our transformation into an industry-leading, customer-centric organization. Our customers have been telling us that their electricity statements are too hard to understand. That's why we redesigned our new statement to be easy-to-read and clear to understand.
 

The actions we are taking demonstrate our new leadership's commitment to improving our customer service and our relationship with our customers. We understand that trust and respect are earned and we will continue to listen to every customer and take action on policies and practices where we're able.

Our Customer Call Centre is open Monday to Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. To serve you better, we're also now open on Saturdays from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
