Site Security:

Site security will be in place from 17:00 on Friday, September 13th and continuing through 08:00 on Sunday, September 15th. However, this does not imply that Hydro One assumes any responsibility to protect the property of exhibitors. Hydro One is not liable or responsible for damage to or theft of exhibitors’ property.

Site Information:

Outdoor exhibit spaces are raw space and may be on un-level ground. The Rodeo Committee will do their best to accommodate your requests.

Site Access:

The gates to the show site will be open according to the listed set-up and tear down schedule. If you require access outside of these hours please contact:

On the show day, exhibitors can access the site beginning at 06:00. All exhibitors and attendees will need to leave the site once the awards ceremony has ended. There will be no afterhours events allowed on the site.

• For attendee safety reasons, tear down and move-out of the rodeo grounds will not be permitted until the awards ceremonies have completed.
  
• 16:30 is an approximate time. Vehicles will not be permitted to drive on to the rodeo grounds once the competition has begun and vehicles will not be permitted to drive out until the awards ceremony has ended. 
  
• If you have a conflict with set up and tear down times listed above, please contact Colm Maher, or Dave Evans to make alternate arrangements.  
  
• Vehicles will need to exit the site and park in the Exhibitor Parking Lot after loading/unloading unless the vehicle is part of your exhibit. In which case, the vehicle will need to completely fit in your exhibit space without obstructing the view of other exhibitor(s). 
  
• Vehicles WILL NOT be allowed to enter the 'Competition Area' on the morning of the event (Saturday, September 14^th).
  

Damage to Grounds:

All exhibitors assume complete responsibility and liability for loss, damage or destruction of the property on the site of the Rodeo Grounds used by the exhibitor or used on their behalf. Exhibitors are required to leave the grounds of their exhibit site in the original condition.

Exhibit Site Clean-up:

Each exhibitor is responsible for cleaning their contracted exhibit space at the conclusion of the event. This includes garbage, signs and other materials used in the exhibitors display.
