Hydro One does not presently solicit customers by telephone to promote the sale of third-party energy-saving devices or products, with the exception of the
Save on Energy Programs. We promote our conservation programs through a variety of marketing channels, including: bill inserts, email, our website, social media, in-person visits to Business and Farm customers, events and conferences. We are taking steps to inform customers about fraudulent telephone calls and what actions they can take to report this activity.
