Hydro One issued the draft Environmental Study Report (ESR) for the proposed Clarington TS project for a 30-day public and agency review and comment period that concluded on December 17, 2012.

Notice of Completion advertisement was also published in local newspapers. During the review period, Part II Order requests were received by the Minister of the Environment, requesting that the project be subject to an Individual Environmental Assessment (EA).
