I can't thank you and the crews enough for quickly restoring the power at Osgoode Care Centre in the city of Ottawa today. The centre was extremely worried that they would have to evacuate the facility and since many of the residents are disabled, I'm sure you can appreciate this is a large undertaking.

Because of your crew's quick action, the centre is now operational and staff can tend to the seniors' daily needs.

Once again, I am very grateful to you and the Hydro One crews for recognizing the urgency of the situation and assisting the Osgoode Care Centre.
