Our Customer Service team visits First Nations communities around the province to meet with Chiefs and Councils, conduct monthly information sessions and host one-on-one meetings with individual customers.

We focus on in-community, face-to-face interactions to ensure that customers understand and have access to all available programs.

Our goal is to talk to customers about their electricity use, enroll customers in financial and electricity
conservation programs and to work with community service organizations.
