Hydro One Interval Data Portal

Hydro One’s Interval Data Portal allows users to:

  • View their hourly energy usage at their facility for analysis and reporting.

  • Download a detailed breakdown of your energy usage (by meter, facility and account).

  • Create multiple reports that allow you to gain a better understanding of how your facilities and operations use energy.

  • Schedule reports to be sent automatically via email.

  • If you are a 3rd party representative for multiple Hydro One account holders, we can also create a universal login for all applicable accounts and service points.

Access to the Interval Data Portal is now available only through the Hydro One myAccount and the 'My Energy Usage' function.

To gain access to the Interval Data Portal via myAccount, please review the following options:

  1. If you already have an existing myAccount profile associated to the account(s) in your Interval Data Portal profile there should be no action required.

  2. If you currently do not have access to myAccount, you can register in a few simple steps by clicking here. Please follow the registration prompts and if you require assistance, please contact us at CICR@HydroOne.com or 1-866-922-2466.

  3. If you were notified via email that our records show that there is not an existing myAccount profile associated to the account(s) in your Interval Data Portal profile however, the email address we contacted you with is registered to myAccount but to an alternate account. We recommend you contact us at CICR@HydroOne.com or 1-866-922-2466 to determine the best option.

  4. If you were notified via email that that there is already an existing myAccount profile associated to the account(s) in your Interval Data Portal profile however, the email address associated is different from the one we contacted you with. To ensure you are able to gain access to myAccount please review the following options:

    1. If you are able to access the myAccount currently through the existing login credentials, there should be no action required and you will be able to access the Interval Data Portal via myAccount .

    2. If you are unsure or unable to access myAccount please contact us at CICR@HydroOne.com or 1-866-922-2466 and we’d be happy to assist you in manually setting this up.
      Note: you will be unable to register for myAccount on your own given there is already an alternative email address associated with this account.


Multiple Account Profiles:

If you have multiple accounts, in accessing myAccount you will be prompted to select one account. However, all applicable accounts and meter points will continue to be accessible in the Interval Data Portal once you have logged in. If you would like to add an alternate account to your profile, please contact us.
 

Scheduled Reports:

If you are a recipient of the scheduled reports, this change will not impact the delivery of these reports to your email.
 

3rd Party Delegation Access:

The direct 3rd party delegate access will not be impacted by this change. If you have a 3rd party delegate access and need to make a change, please continue to contact us.



Other services you can utilize in myAccount:

  • View and pay your bill - check your current account balance and activity. Pay your bill online or sign up for pre-authorized payment.

  • Get automatic alerts and set payment reminders, so you can easily stay on top of your bills.

  • Sign up for alerts about power outages in your area.

  • Request a service upgrade or new connection.

  • Update your information - change your contact information, mailing address, or choose how you want to receive relevant information from us.
