Distribution Connection Agreement

Once you have executed your Connection Cost Agreement (CCA), your next step is to apply for a Distribution Connection Agreement (DCA).

In order to connect to our distribution system, a DCA must be executed prior to the connection of your generation facility.

To apply, please complete the DCA Application. We highly recommend that applicants submit a completed application along with any required documents at least 60 days in advance of their proposed in-service date.
