This is a learning and development opportunity with the objective of promoting an equitable and inclusive workplace.
Our theme this year, Destigmatizing Visible and Invisible Disabilities in the Workplace, explores neurodiversity, accessibility, episodic disabilities and mental health and wellness in the workplace.
Participants will walk away with a better understanding of what it means to be a person with a visible or invisible disability and what they can do to help remove barriers and promote accessibility and inclusion at Hydro One.
Hydro One is committed to creating a diverse, equitable and inclusive workplace rooted in our Core Values. Together, we’re on a mission to make every employee feel seen, heard and experience a sense of belonging. Diversity, Equity and Inclusion expresses who we are as a team.
