Information for owners of multi-unit complexes

Effective November 1, 2019, the Government of Ontario introduced the Ontario Electricity Rebate, providing eligible customers with a 31.8% reduction on the pre-tax amount of their bill. There are new eligibility requirements for the Ontario Electricity Rebate for multi-unit complexes. In order to receive the new rebate if you have a multi-unit complex that uses more than 250,000 kWh a year, you'll need to complete and send us a declaration form no later than January 31, 2020.
