You can use your existing account number to access your myAccount profile for your new property. This will let you view your bills online, review your billing and payment history and track your electricity usage.
Please note that a setup charge of $30 (plus HST) will be applied to your first bill, and a security deposit may be required.
If you are moving out of a Hydro One property, you’ll need to submit a Move-Out service request.

Your service will be de-activated on the date you requested. If this is the only property on your account, your account will be available for 120 days from now.
If you are also moving into a Hydro One property, you’ll need to submit a Move-In service request.
