Community investment

Connecting power and possibility

As electricity demand grows across Ontario, we’re investing in the energy workforce, supporting community initiatives and strengthening our Indigenous partnerships to build a better, brighter future for all.

Powering energy talent

By advancing energy talent training, apprenticeship opportunities and accessible career paths, we’re building a strong, resilient workforce to protect the grid today and into the future.

Electricity Now

In collaboration with Electricity Canada and Electricity Human Resources Canada, we’re expanding the Electricity Now program to Grade 9 and 10 classrooms across Ontario.

Through hands-on, electricity-focused STEM learning, students can explore clear pathways to energy-focused career opportunities.

Our five year $1.5M+ investment aims to reach:

  • 500+ Ontario high schools participating
  • 1 Million students trained
