Billing:

Do you have any special arrangements for landlords?

To support landlords, we help offer additional services during tenant move in and move out. For example, if a tenant moves out of your rental property, we can transfer their account to your name until a new tenant moves in. This will help both you and your tenants avoid unnecessary charges, such as an account set up fee, as they move in and out.
