Sharing a common goal of eliminating serious injuries and fatalities at Hydro One, the Safety Improvement Team connected with more than 4,200 workers across the company and provided concrete recommendations for our multi-year implementation plan.
Our safety program supports our employees’ mental health by offering resources, including The Working Mind, an evidence based program developed by the Mental Health Commission of Canada to promote mental health and reduce the stigma around mental illness in the workplace.
