Procurement opportunities

To streamline sourcing and connect with a broad supplier community, Hydro One uses SAP Ariba, a cloud-based platform that links suppliers to one of the world's largest business networks.

By registering, your company becomes eligible to participate in our sourcing events and respond to opportunities. Registration does not, however, obligate Hydro One to purchase goods or services.

Here's how to get started:

Step 1

Join the network

All suppliers must join the Ariba network to participate in Hydro One sourcing.

New suppliers can email SupplierContact@HydroOne.com to request an Ariba invitation.
Indigenous businesses can indicate their status within their supplier profile and consent to be added to Hydro One's Indigenous business directory.

Step 2

Review and submit proposals

Once your profile is complete, registered suppliers can be invited to view sourcing events, correspond with us and submit responses and proposals through Ariba.

Potential contracts

If your submission is selected, you'll use Ariba to finalize and DocuSign the contract.
