Schedule a Service Upgrade

Schedule a service upgrade with us in advance to stay safe and avoid project delays. Need to make a change to panel size or type, change the service location (meter and meter base), change to pole, conduit or cable, change service type from single phase to three phase, or change your central metering? We're here to help.

Hydro One Site Assessment

Our team member will ask questions to determine if you need a design for your upgrade or if a temporary disconnection will suffice. Should an upgrade design be required, a technician will be assigned to assess your current installation and determine next steps.

Making changes to your electrical service?

Before you make any changes to your electrical service, you must call the Electrical Safety Authority (ESA) at 1-877-372-7233 to apply for a permit. After the work is complete, an electrical inspector will ensure that your work meets all of the requirements of the Ontario Electrical Safety Code.
