Do you need to end your Hydro One service? No problem. Sign in to
myAccount and let us know when you are moving out. If you are moving out of our service territory, we require your new mailing address so we can arrange to send you a final bill or a cheque if you have a credit balance. Alternatively, if you are signed up for Paperless Billing, you can reconcile online.
For those moving out of our service territory, we will return any security deposit on file within six weeks of you closing your account. The deposit, plus interest earned, will be applied to your final bill and any excess funds will be returned to you at the forwarding address provided.
Please allow up to 10 business days for a Hydro One Representative to confirm and process your moving request.
