Thank you from all of us at Hydro One

This past week we were hit with a severe winter storm that impacted 500,000 of our customers across the province. Our crews hit the ground to restore and replace power lines and working relentlessly until the power was restored to every single customer. We know that any storm like this impacts your life and we always work to restore power as quickly and safely as possible.

We’re stronger when we work together.

Your support during this difficult time was appreciated by everyone on our team. Thank you for your kindness, understanding and patience as we helped get things back to normal.

A special thank you to our neighbouring utilities that helped us with the restoration efforts from London Hydro, Entegrus, Niagara Peninsula Energy Inc. and Centre Wellington Hydro.

Anytime there’s an emergency, you can always count on us to be there.

Our team is ready to respond 24 hours a day, 365 days a year to power outages and emergency situations. During a power outage, our crews patrol power lines to determine what caused the power outage, and we don't stop until power is restored to each and every customer.

Thank you for all you do to power us.
