Sustainability Oversight

Hydro One's Board of Directors oversees the company's approach to ESG matters relating to the long-term health and sustainability of the company.

Oversight and accountability at the management level resides with the Chief Corporate Affairs and Customer Care Officer supported by the extended executive team with accountability in key functional areas.

Due to its cross-functional nature, sustainability is managed by various leadership level committees with the company including the sustainability committee, climate change committee, strategic policy committee and the diversity, equity and inclusion council.

The Office of the Hydro One Ombudsman provides a confidential, impartial and independent review of complaints that could not otherwise be resolved by the Company.
